Email postmaster@sprucedesk.com with the domain name or names. We add them to our opt-out list within 1 business day. After that, our servers no longer connect for those domains, and stored results for them are deleted.
You can also simply reject connections from our servers. We treat a permanent refusal as a "no answer", never as a problem with your users' addresses.
