How to have your tickets or check results removed.
Email support@sprucedesk.com from the address you want removed and tell us what to delete. We confirm once it is done, usually within 2 business days.
For a whole domain's check results, mail admins can write to postmaster@sprucedesk.com. We delete the results and add the domain to our opt-out list.
