Write to support@sprucedesk.com. Every message gets a ticket number in the reply, so you can follow up by answering that email.

Which product?

SpruceDesk runs support for several of our projects. Mention the product name and the email address you use there, so we can find your account straight away.

Tip: one issue per email. Separate requests get separate tickets and are solved faster.
